Character stuffs
Jun. 2nd, 2013 06:33 pmRoland Taylor (Scott to you) is a generally, genuinely happy guy. He loves his job (write some shit and send it in three times a week) and enjoys his life. He's social enough, has plenty of friends, life is good. If he could find a good relationship, it would be great.
Most people who meet him don't even realise he has zero interest in women, he talks very little about himself at work and his friends already know about his proclivities. He pretty much fits the trope 'straight gay'.
He doesn't talk to his parents much, though. Well, at all really. They're kinda right-wing and kinda religious where he and his brother are kinda not. And y'know, he's gay. And there's the fact they're both 'muties' which their parents don't like at all. They keep it to Christmas and phoning once a week, yeah, they're both totally still going to church...
But forget that, he has a great job, great friends and hopefully one day, a great boyfriend.
Power explanation here!
